IE doesn't work!

Im using broad band and my IE is not working. I can not open any website. I
tried following the direction on the error message and it stull doesn't work.
When I logged in to MSN explorer I can easily access any website. Does
anyone know what the problem might be. I've downloaded SP2 and all the
updates and it seems not helping me at all.
