I have a user who is running IE6. Works fine for her. If any other user
logs in though, the program is not even there. I can even look in
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and cannot find the iexplore.exe file.
If another user clicks the IE icon it just opens the properties window for
IE.
Even I, who has admin rights to the machine have the same problem. I have
even copied the iexplore.exe file to the root of the C: drive logged in as
this user, logged out, logged in as myself, and the file is NOT on the
root of C:
I have enabled viewing all hidden files on this computer as well.
I then logged in as this user, upgraded to IE8, and rebooted, and still,
the problem still exists.
What the heck is happening here?
