Hi all,
I am running Win2k pro and have IE 6.0 installed. Everything worked fine.
On a bad moment I decided to upgrade Windows and had automatically installed
several safety patches. Ever since IE does not function properly: It nearly
always gives a "Page not found" error. Reloading the page many times does
sometimes load the page after all, but most of the times it doesn't. It only
happens with pages who are called by a link on the current page. For
instance the page at www.google.com always shows up, but quite a few links
on that page (and on other pages) give the "Page not found" error. Clicking
or reloading quite a few times sometimes help.
I uninstalled all patches but the problem remained.
Do I need to make a registry tweak to make in function normal again?
Thanks in advance.
With best regards,
Fokke Nauta
