IE doesn't automatically open my Home Page

Since returning from holiday a few days ago, I have had to
repeatedly type in my ISP's address and click on it vigorously
before IE finally opens the page. My ISP is still set in Internet
Options as the page to open, and using WinsockXPFix.exe
has not fixed the problem. Adaware and Spybot can't find
any problems, Any help greatly appreciated.
