Dear,

Previously when I click to the site
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp the
page check my system automatically and suggest which
updates should I
download and install into my system.

However, last 2 weeks, after I Restore Default in
Internet Option in IE, now
it doesn't check my system automatically and never
suggest any updates for
my system. It just stop in the page as in attached file.

Pls help me how to restore my previous status.

Thanks.

Aye

Mike,

I don't use any pop-up killer presently. Any way round?

Thanks,

Aye

Aye,
Are you using some kind of pop-up blocker?
If so disable it, or if exists find an option to allow pop-ups.

Aye,
The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).
