Seems there are a lot of people having this problem and no good answers out there. Months ago I was able to access the Internet from both users on the same machine using IE. One account was admin the other was limited -- didn't matter -- both had access. Somewhere along the way, the user who logs on first is the only one who can access the Net via IE. I've searched and searched -- but no quick fix. Hence, I loaded Netscape -- and now both can access the Net [but only the first person to log on can be the one using IE!!!]. Go Microsoft!!!!
