IE crashing with acrobat reader

When read a pdf file at a website (the reader is opened), and when I close
ie windows I receive the message : "IEXPLORE.EXE: application error ...
memory could not be read.".

Any sugestion??

I was runing v6.0, I made a downgrade to 5.0 and the problem persists, I
made a new upgrade to v 6.0 and the problem persists.

Uninstall all versions of Acrobat Reader and re-install from the Adobe Web
site.
