IE Crashes on loading any web page

Hi,
I have this strange problem. After a webpage is loaded in
IE it just closes itself. & in the error log i see
Exception generated was c00000fd .

Any Ideas ... thanx
 
I've got the same problem, except I don't get any error message. It started doing it Friday the 23rd and I can't figure out why. I tried doing system restores back to when it was working, and that didn't help. It was working Thursday night, so...
