IE Crashes.. Could it be due to CSS?

Dear experts,

My site is causing IE to crash all the time..
Can some one figire out what might be causing the error please?

Please go to http://www.care-house.co.uk/common/nursing.asp and click
on "New user? Register!" link.Your browser will crash. If not the first
time, please try navighating to a different page and then try the "New
user? Register!" link from the left navigation pane.

I couldnt figure out what the reason could be ..

Please help some bpdy..

I get to it on both IE6 and IE7 as far as the Register button, where it gets
mad at me for not filling in some information I don't care to give.

If that's where they have IE crash they may not have scripting working
correctly.
