Running Windows 2000
IE Version: 6.0.2800.1106
Update Version: SP1; Q823353

My IE keeps crashing. The problem began after that last update from
Microsoft, but I can't remember the update. I would like to remove the last
update and see if it makes a difference. According to the Help | About
Internet Explorer, it appears that I only have SP1. Is that the latest
update for me when running W2K? I don't get any updates when I run the
Windows Update so I assume I have the latest updates.

Thanks

Added Info:
I discovered the last update as shown. But if I try to remove it, this is
what I get::

If you remove KB918899 (MS06-042)

The following programs on your computer May not run properly:
Hotfix KB917008
Hotfix KB917422
Hotfix KB920670
Hotfix KB920683
Hotfix KB920958
Hotfix KB921398
Hotfix KB922616
LimeWire Pro 4.12.4
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix(KB886903)
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
PowerISO

I guess these were all added after MS06-042 was installed. What does this
mean? Should I remove all of these items?

That is correct. As the article said, be absolutely sure or wait until the
next cumulative sp comes out. I will leave HTTP1.1 unchecked for now.

I don't know the disadvantages of having this unchecked. If anyone know,
let me know what I'm missing out on. Ha.
