IE Crash.. related to 'AlwaysInstall'?

I'm having trouble with IE going to some sites. An install
windows pops up and installs something very fast.. I can't
see what it's actually installing. And I also get this
message:

Detection of product '{305B1B41-2587-4278-B9D3-
288EA145FA20}', feature 'AlwaysInstall' failed during
request for component '{978FA962-E067-11D1-9396-
00A0C90F27F9}'
