IE crash fix

Had the same issue everyone is complaining about. Internet Explorer crashing on startup with option for error report. Tried re-install with no luck. CWshredder worked like a charm. I think the group is on to something in that it is Winshow related. If you can't open IE, get CWshredder and run it. Its only 110kb so it will fit on a floppy.

CWShredder fixed my explorer problem also.
