ie closes when i try to access yahoo mail

i hope someone can help me, when i try to access my e-mail
from the yahoo home page or (through a back door a error
message comes up." illegalfunction and must be shut down "
contact the program vendor if it persists. under details
it says internet exploere caused an "invalid page fault in
module unknown" then it has 0000:and some numbers and
letters. strange thing is i can search from the yahoo home
page and get my account info and calender , basically
every other feature except my email,nothing else has been
affected only the email part of yahoo. i deleted cookies
and deleted all temporary internet files i uninstalled the
yahoo toolbar and all that comes with it.i uninstalled
then reinstalled internet explorer 6 but it still does it
i tried to repair ie 6 but that didnt work either, i
installed spyware blaster and scanned for trouble,but
nothing had to do with yahoo. i ran a complete virus scan
and still nothing, could i have a corrupt file that i am
missing,im sorry i rambled for so long ,i just am at my
wits end with this.PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!THANKS ALOT

Rule out parasites the tool you used may not have seen all of the culprits.
