IE closes when accessing site.

When I visit Yahoo shipping and click on one of the shops
to see the item I am shopping for I get the folliwing
error. "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close" the follwing information is in the Error
Report "AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 33256469" I have tried to clear
cookies, history, and deleted files in internet option.
I keep getting same error message. Can anyone help?

Scan your computer for spyware and malware. Get Ad-aware or Spybot for the
job.

Any other suggestions. I downloaded Spybot and still
have the same problem.
