IE Closes on one website only

My wife and I have a problem with IE 6 that I yet have
been able to find out what the problem is.
I have ONE site that no matter how I enter the URL, via
shortcut, favs, or type in, as soon as the page attempts
to load, IE closes out completly. Restarting,
reinstalling, upgrading have no affect on this, my wife
has the same problem on a different system, her laptop.
Both system have XP Pro with all the latest updates
installed.
Has anyone heard of this problem????

Could be the web site is running a script and the script is closing the
[wrong instance of the] web browser. Disable scripts in your Internet
Zone under Security options to see if the page remains open. If so,
contact the webmaster for that site and tell them they have written a
script that permanently and immediately bars anyone from visiting their
site (assuming they did not mean to do that) for web browser in which
scripting is left enabled.

Thanks for the suggestion, tried it this morn with no
change other than I had to enable the scripting to post
this reply. Webpage does the same thing, displays
loading page then IE shuts down.
I am going to try mozolla and see if I have any issues
with it getting to the site, will post result
