Dealing with Registry Restrictions:
Rather than manually editing the Registry, use HijackThis to
safely remove them. HT will automatically create a backup.
These type restrictions are *usually* parasite\hijack related.
The restrictions (if exists) normally show up in HT as:
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
present
O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel
present
