Yes, autocomplete for forms will work on https:// sites. However, due to
security concerns, most such web sites have this feature disabled: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...r/dhtml/reference/properties/autocomplete.asp
And since autocomplete for forms is tied directly to the URL in question,
and many https sites change the specific URL (web address) with each visit,
that also effectively disables this feature.
the page stays the same address but it is php..will this make a difference?
I had already tried changing the autocomplete value specified in the msdn
link but enabling it doesn't make a difference.
Is it possible it is a setting on the apache server?
