I cannot connect to internet from IE throuh my VPN tunnel and proxy server.
When I try open some url, IE only show conecting to IP and after few seconds
"The page cannot be displayed". But other browsers (Mozilla Firefox, Opera)
with the same proxy settings running without problems.

Which OS? (Obviously not XP.)

That message is insufficient for diagnosing the cause.
Obviously something intermediate in the connection path is happening
or not happening. Try taking packet traces? Since you have two cases
one which works and another which doesn't you don't even have to understand
exactly what a trace may be telling you to be able to use them comparatively.

BTW if you had stated your OS I would have cross-posted to the appropriate
networking newsgroup. In spite of the fact that other browsers connect through
the path Ok, I think there would be more awareness there than here of what
that path should look like...

Good luck

I try this on more computers with XP SP2.

Then you can use its netcap + Ethereal (or just Ethereal.)

Perhaps it was just an MTU size issue then?
That only involves ICMP size as a diagnostic tool.

Glad to see you have found a solution, whatever it is.
