The address bar on my browser has disappeared. It is
still checked when I go to View and Toolbars. How do I
fix this?

Jelee,
Open Internet Explorer and open the window to full screen and see if
you can see a real narrow vertical bar at the right hand edge of the
toolbar.. If you see that, pass your mouse over it slowly and see if it
turns into the double ended arrow... If so, grab it with a LEFT click
hold and drag it DOWN. It this doesn't fix it we will dig deeper.

If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.

Right click the toolbar and make sure that Lock Toolbars is not checked and
that Address Bar is checked.
Grab the handle at the left end of each toolbar and drag them down. One of
them is probably hiding the Address bar.
