IE browser won't load

hi,
while surfing i accidentally installed the Smiley Central
IE toolbar. After I unistalled it, win2k stopped loading
the IE browser. Neither repairing nor reinstalling IE6 had
any effect on this behavior. any ideas how to fix this?

I'll bet that you have other malware installed. Work through the solutions
(CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
