IE Browser window flashing in toolbar

I have 6 sessions of IE open: they are minimized in one, on the bottom
toolbar, and the box is flashing orange. Everything works fine, just
annoying. Any thoughts?
 
A page is trying to get your attention.

The flashing is configurable - I have mine set to 6 flashes - via TweakUI,
IIRC. (I'm not at my other computer right now - the one that has TweakUI.)
