Same here. Anyone who finds out this answer, please, let us know 
I have the same problem. Are you using IE 6.0... not that it would
matter, but maybe it's a glitch in 6.0's version. I don't know or I
wouldn't be here pleading for help myself. Hey, try to access this site,
just out of curiousity, at least we can see if it's the SAME websites it
closes down on -- what do you think? I tried one for instance,
www.teledynees.com, for a job search -- just that, and it shuts down IE.
If yours does too, then we'll at least know it is certain websites that
are causing it to close, and that's a sure thing, and not just happening
whenever it feels like. That would have something to do with settings I'd
think. Anyhow, if you want. If you do find out how to fix this from
closing down like it does on us, please let me know too. I will do the
