IE Browser in German

I installed a program I downloaded and now my IE browers
is in German. Not all of it..the Toolbars and File,
Edit, View etc. are still in english. And my web pages
come up in English. But the shortcut ment (right click)
is in German. As are my download boxes and status box at
the bottom of the browers window. Also, when I can't
connect to a website the File 404 error message page is
in German as well. Please Help
..

The mix between English and German settings can only be corrected by
reinstalling your operating system in the same folder.
You will have to get all the MS updates after.
