This problem just came up a few hours ago seemingly out of
nowhere. I can't open a browser window whatsoever. not
even to view my files. It's not an internet problem
because I'm sending this message using Netscape. I checked
for viruses and there are none. Programs still work, but I
have to access them through the start menu. I restarted
several times already, and I can't access msconfig. The
error report keeps showing up says that windows explorer
will start up again. And it does, but then I'm greeted with
yet another error report. This is the error signature if
it helps:

AppName: explorer.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: browseui.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1106
Offset: 0001246a

This is my last resort before reformatting my system. I'd
appreciate any sort of respose. Thanks.

Hi Roy,
I would start off trying to repair I.E.
Have your OS CD-ROM ready.
From the Start menu, choose Run.
In the Open field, type sfc /scannow(If this action doesn't start the repair process then open a seperate command window instead of using the run box.)
Choose the OK button.
Restart the computer when the System File Checker program finishes

If this doesn't fix your problem try repairing your OS. I'm assuming it's XP.
Here is a good look at how to do it.

Good luck.
