Something happened and I can no longer access many
websites, specificaly any website that requires a window
to open within a window... an example of this would be
this newsgroup. The only way I was able to post a message
was to copy the address, then paste the address into IE to
open new window.

I'm sorry if that sounds vague and confusing but it's the
best I can explain the problem with my limited terminolgy.

If anyone can help, I would gladly answer any specific
questions that might point me in the right direction.
Thanks for any help you might be able to give.

==================================
Is this what your issue is?
You click on a hyper link within a web page
and nothing happens?
No harm in trying this:
Start > Run > type in the following commands
one at a time, pressing enter after each command
and then OK when each one succeeds:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll

After the last command succeeds,
restart the computer and see if the issue
has been resolved.

HTH
Please post back one way or the other.
