IE Blue Arrow?

With MS XP Home Edition my list of favorites in IE now has a blue arrow to
the right of the text. Yesterday only one or two had this arrow. Also, not
all of the favorites will load. Would like to correct before I do a system
restore.

All my favourites display blue arrows -it reveals information about the
favourite i.e address.
