IE and Netscape Navigator

Can someone explain to me the difference between the two
browsers? Likes and/or dislikes - why? I'd really
appreciate it!
 
COMPLAIN STRONGLY to these institutions!
If other major sites begin rejecting Netscape and other
non-MS browsers, these browsers will fall out of regular
use and cease to be updated. Soon, they will cease to be,
PERIOD; and MS will have successfully dominated the
Internet!!!! Of course, MS knows this quite well. [DONT
YOU!]
