IE and jpg files

Hi,

I setup jpg file type to be opened by IEXPLORE.EXE. But
when double-clicked, you can't open it. Does anyone know
why?

http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/download/imagefix.reg
Right click it and choose Merge.
