ie and group policy

I need help to find out where in Group Policys I can
modify IE settings. I for example have found under: user
configuraton\windows components\internet
explorer\internet control\disable the general page. Now
how do I modify the setting inside the Disable the
Greneral Page and have it affect users that belong to the
OU where this policy is applied.
