IE and Googlebar

How can i make, in full screen mode, the google bar be in the second line of
the IE toolbar? like this i get a "mini" adress bar and a "tiny" google bar.
 
right click on the toolbar and uncheck "Lock the Toolbar", then you can move
the google bar, address bar or any other toolbars you have, just click on
them with your mouse and move them up, down, over, etc. When you get them
how you want, "Lock the Toolbar" by checking it.
 
Didn't work, i only get that option in non fullscreen mode, in fulscreen the
"lock toolbar" option doesn't apears :-(
 
Do you have the option under View>Toolbars?
