When you have typed the Address/URL ( they have the same meaning) in the
address bar do you press Enter?

What error message do you receive? Reproduce it here. You can copy and
paste it into your post.

Can you explain this more carefully

** After getting the svchost error my spysweeper pops up an enter in the
startup shield that wants to add "userfaultcheck" to the startup group.

svchost.exe should be in C:WINDOWS\System32 folder. If it is located
elsewhere it is probably a virus.

Have you run your antivirus software and also your software which
eliminates bugs? What software have you got for those purposes?

Also, go to Start > Run > type in: regedit > OK > click Startup >
uncheck any reference to svchost.exe you find in there > Apply > OK

Sory, correction. See msconfig and not regedit

Also, go to Start > Run > type in: msconfig > OK > click Startup >
uncheck any reference to svchost.exe you find in there > Apply > OK
