IE Access and ZoneAlarm

Zone Alarm 3.7.211 and IE6.

If I try to open a HTML file from my hard disc while I have a web page
open from the internet I get the following error message from IE6

"There was a problem sending the command to the program"

This only happens when Zone alarm is running. If I turn zone alarm off
then I can open HTML files from my hard disc and the internet
simultaneously.

Does anyone have any clues how I can fix this?
