iE 8 Release + $ 100.00? Is it true?

Is it true that Microsoft will give $ 100 with each and every download of
their next generation web-browser - Internet Explorer 8?

This ostensibly to compensate everyone for the myriad problems that IE 7
generated.

When will the IE 8 final download be available? I heard the first betas will
be out shortly after the release of Vista.

Or may be I had an out-of-season-&-timing midsummer night's dream during my
afternoon siesta?

Yes, it's true, and in addition you will get a free Vista Enterprise license
as well. lol
