Where can i download version 7 of internet explorer? I just want to see what
its like. Thank You.

Yes, I've just discovered the refresh button is gone as well. I think we
should start a 'bring back the refresh button' campaign.

I'd also like them to move the search field down to the left side (make it
its own tool bar away from the address bar). I never look over that side of
the screen being a westerner - only easterners do that.

So I still use the google toolbar because its where I need it.

Yes, we also need a bring back the stop button too. And allow the user to
move the file menus to the top as well very hard to get use to

Does Esc not work? That's one of the buttons that I find are
wasted toolbar space. Refresh and Fullscreen are two more.
Come to think of it there are very few buttons which are really
needed as buttons. For example, the only reason I keep Back
and Forward is for their information value not to use them as buttons.

We must have different web surfing habits because I use the 'stop',
'refresh', 'fullscreen' 'back', & 'forward' buttons all the time with IE.

Anyway, what's nice about IE 6 is that you can add the toolbar buttons
you want, and remove the ones you don't need. Hopefully the final version
of IE 7 will be just as flexible. Although I've read the address bar will
be unmovable, as a security measure.

Actually the Go button has been morphed into the go>>stop>>refresh button
Took me quite a bit of bitching and digging to figure this out.

The issue i am having with this is that Windows Updates totally doesnt work.
Anyone else notice this too?

Hang on a sec (slapping forehead and feeling really dump).

Look to the right of the addressbar - the refresh appears there. It changes
to a stop icon during load, and a secure sites lock icon when you are on a
secure site and into a phishing warning button when the phishing alert is
triggered.
