IE 7 Sending a link

Just upgraded to Vista with IE7 and I am unable to send a link or page. I
have already added "read Mail" to the toolbar, but when I go to page and
click the dropdown options "send a link" and send a page" are not highlighted
and am unable to select?
 
"Page by E-Mail" and "Link by E-Mail" options are grayed out in Internet Explorer in Windows Vista:
