IE 7 is not supporting the javascript Menu

Please check the site stjosephs.edu.in in IE 7 . it is not supporting the
menu used in that site. Please tell me any updations or any options in IE 7
to be enabled?
 
I have no wish to check that site.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
