IE 7 Favorites

Why isn't there a Newsgroup for IE 7? It seems to be available for Denmark
and France.

I have a question that pertains to IE7 Favorites. Is there a way to change
the way it is displayed when you try to add a favorite to a specific folder.
It's not so bad that it comes up with all the folders expanded, but the
order is different than the way my favorites is displayed when I want to
select something. Therefore, it is always hard to place a new favorite into
the correct folder which is hard to find.

Just curious.
