IE-7 downloaded, not installed..want to get rid of the download???

Running XP home with SP-2...I have my download settings to download but ask
before I install.
I did not install the upgrade since so many problems exist, however the
little yellow icon sits in my taskbar wannting me to
install.............does anyone know how I can eliminate, delete, etc..the
download and yellow icon so I dont err and install IE7

Double click on the yellow icon and uncheck the file you don't want to
download. Also click on don't remind me again so a check mark appears. It
will go away

Greg, thanks.it worked I was hesitant about clicking assuming it would
immediately start the download..all gone now..many thanks again...jim c
