IE 7 Close screen button

I, in my infinite wisdom, chose the "close all tabs" option and the "don't
ask me this again" when I click on the close screen tab (red X). Can I
reverse this or am I stuck?

Someone in the IE7 group may know.

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
