ie 7 beta 3

I tried the ie7 beta 3, and it does have features that vista beta 2 doesn't
have. Of course, these features have already been added to later builds of
vista. One of the more obvious changes it the ability to rearrange tabs.

Hey, just like anyone else. Where do we find IE7 Beta 3 that works with
Vista? Shouldn't it be appropriate to have the latest IE7 available, since
we are testing Vista? For people that have a lot of boxes, that is fine.
For people that work with limited resources, why the heck MS is asking us to
to test it on an XP box with SP2 loaded on it.

This is getting somewhat ridiculous whenever some other people mention
things like this........

Anyone out there from the Blog Team who can give us some logical explanations?

I think the story was that IE7 Beta 3 was specific to XP, new
features were already included in the version of IE supplied with
vista. So you're not missing anything.

IE7 beta 3 has nothing to do with Vista. That product is for XP users. IE7
is not integral to XP so it has to be released as standalone program.

IE7 is integral to Vista. The IE7 build used in 5472 is later than the IE7
Beta 3 build recently released for XP users anyway, so you would be taking a
step backwards.
