I have a Dell laptop that has Vista Home Premium installed on it. Recently, I
tried opening Internet Explorer 7 and I got an error message saying that my
homepage (Comcast) could not be displayed (as well as any other website I
typed in). I decided to follow a suggestion and try and diagnose any
connection problems, however, it showed that there weren't any connection
problems at all. I can easily receive email, and go on Windows Live
Messenger. I then went on another laptop and tried to go onto Comcast, and it
worked. If there isn't a problem with the website, the URL wasn't mistyped,
and the wireless connection is clearly working, why wouldn't Internet
Explorer 7 work?
