I was sent here from the Outlook Newsgroup/forum.
My XP SP2 computer crashed after a program removed some adware. I reloaded
XP, updates etc... When I attempt to open Outlook Express I get an error
stating "Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to
create the font cache object. Your computer may be out of memory or your
disk
is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x8007000E,
14007).
I've removed and restored Express and get the same error.
This is the box data on the error window that comes up.

AppName: msimn.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: msoe.dll
