IE 64-bit - Adobe Flash installing problem

Hello! I never get along fine when run IE 64-bit. It is always displayed
a installing advice, but the instalation never finishes. Does any one knows
how to solve this?

I don't think a 64 bit version of Flash is available yet. You
are trying to install the 32 bit Flash into the 64 bit IE.
