msn.com is my home page and it hasn't updated since Aug. 9th, I have run
virus programs, ad aware, and refreshed the page numerous times and still
get the same result, also deleted all temporary internet files. Any
suggestions to fix this is appreciated. Thanks

Try refreshing using CTRL+F5.

If no joy, totally delete your History and Temporary Internet Files
*folders*:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm
