On my users desktop with XP SP1 (i had installed sp2 but restored system to
an earlier date because I thought it had something to do with the problem).
When we try to go a certain website..the page never fully loads. The message
"Starting ILM..." and the status at the bottom left corner states Done. Well,
the site we are trying to reach is an interactive training website and they
did mention that we needed Flash/Shockwave installed. Well, we installed it
and this stills happens. Interestingly, when I log on the the computer as
administrator or even the local account, when we go to the website the page
fully loads with no problem? Why does this happen to only this one network
user when she logs in (she has administrator rights to pc just to mention) ?
(All my other desktops are identical Dell desktops and I can pull the website
up with no problem on the other pc's without having to install Flash). Here
are some troubleshooting steps that I attempted and none worked:

1- I changed all her Internet Options to mimick the local administrator
account and the page still wouldn't pull up on the same pc.

2-I added the website to the trusted sites.

3- I downloaded AD-aware and removed all 238 unrecognized objects.

What could be the problem specific to this one user settings only? And most
importantly how can I fix this? Could it possibly me her username registry
sdettings and what are the steps to correcting it?
