IE 6 wont load pages

Keeps telling me to refreh etc.
I've been having small pop up windows when I go to
various sites saying "save/add to registry?"(also when I
got booted from a chat session recently). I've cleared
history/cookies/temp internet files to no avail. Have
also uninstalled and reinstalled IE6.
Thanks for your assistance.
 
I fixed the problem of the pages loading. I had to
reconfigure my firewall.
Still no clue on the pop ups about adding to registry.
