I have a problem with the "Privacy Alerts " not always being on top when a
request is made to send me a cookie. Since I dont see the Alert I cant click
on it and let the web page load . I only know about them when I look at the
taskbar. They will come to the front if i click on them in the taskbar but
immedeately go away when the taskbar auto hides

Hi sleepy :-)

You don't mention the version of windows you are using, but, try the
following and see if it helps:

886217- New IE (program) window appears behind all other open windows on
Windows
2000, Windows XP or Windows Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=886217

or....

The UNDO file at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (line #66
right-side) makes the same registry edit that's in 886217.

Hope this helps.

I tried the registry edit as described with no success. Then I tried tweakui
and still no luck .I finally uninstalled the old version of tweakui and
redownloaded and installed tweakui. Configured new tweakui and solved problem
