IE 6 WILL NOT PRINT Help!

I can't get IE 6 to print anything.

Even Print preview shows a blank page.

Using Windows 2000 pro and I have Admin rights.

Also tried finding spy/ad ware.

and edited filetype printing via.

rundll32.exe c:\winnt\system32\mshtml.dll,PrintHTML "%1"

nothing works.

How do I FIX This?
