Browser (IE6/XP Home) will not allow access to "internet options." I don't
know when this problem started because I rarely go to the internet options
tab. When I try, I receive an error message stating restrictions in effect
won't allow access, contact administrator. The account is the only one on
the computer and has, of course, administrator privileges. I created a new
administrator account and from that one I am able to access to internet
options. I intended to make that one the sole administrator and just delete
the original account. There is a problem with doing that, however. XP also
will not allow access to that profile's, files so I would lose all of my
email by deleting the original account. Does anyone know how I can change
the security settings or what the source of the problem might be? Thanks,
