Whenever I try to go to a website in IE 6 SP1 (fully updated) on my computer
(WinXP Home fully updated), Internet Explorer locks up. It does not show the
little process stream at the bottom left of the window, it just says done. If
I hover the mouse over the Title Bar, it shows the arrow and hourglass
cursor, but only shows the arrow elsewhere. I have tried multiple things
suggested on other forums for IE 6 Lockup problems(remove 3rd party
extensions, etc.), but none work. Outlook Express can receive mail, but can't
view images. Non-Microsoft browsers work just fine! It only started happening
in late October, and the first time a system restore worked. About five days
later it started again, but now a system restore doesn't work. Microsoft
Anti-Spyware is always on, removed all spyware that could be found with
Ad-Aware and Spybot-S&D, and full virus scan with Grisoft AVG 7 finds
nothing. Winsock replacement does not affect the problem whatsoever. Can
Anybody Help Me? I can give more information if it is needed.

Once done > run HijackThis > save a scan log and post it to /any/ of the
following (expert) forums for analysis.
